Your initial property analysis in three steps

    Enter the address of your property and your contact details in the short form. It takes about a minute.

  2. I prepare your analysis

    I retrieve and check the official data for your address, such as the standard land value (Bodenrichtwert), the land registry cadastre, and flood and noise maps.

  3. Document by email

    You receive your document as a PDF by email, usually within one working day. I am happy to explain in a personal conversation what the figures mean for your property.

Which regions does the analysis cover?

Complete data is available for North Rhine-Westphalia. Outside NRW, individual topics such as the standard land value or cadastre data are not always available.

What happens to my data?

Your details are used only to prepare the analysis and to offer you a personal conversation. They are not sold to third parties. More in the privacy policy.

Does the analysis replace a valuation report?

No. It is a well-founded preparation for our conversation. If you need a reliable valuation, as a certified expert I am happy to prepare a valuation report.
