Not everyone wants to sell straight away. Sometimes you simply need a reliable statement: what your property is worth, how serious a defect is, or whether a solar system pays off. As a graduate engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) and DEKRA-certified expert, I provide that clarity.
Building damage & defects
Damp, cracks, roof or building services: I assess the cause and extent and explain what this means for value and sale.
Solar PV systems & feasibility
Inspection of existing systems and feasibility studies for new ones, for example under the solar obligation when renovating a roof in NRW. The PV & energy check is a good place to start.

What is the difference between a market price estimate and a valuation report?
The estimate shows a realistic price range. A report by a certified expert follows established standards, is transparently justified and provides a reliable basis for discussions with banks, co-heirs or lawyers.
When is a valuation report worthwhile?
For example for inheritance, separation, gifting or financing, before a sale, for building damage such as damp or cracks, and for questions about a solar PV system.
